Over twenty-five years ago, Wood & Associates was established to fill a void within the lettershop service industry, to support smaller volume mailers. Our focus on excellence in customer service and satisfying our clients' needs quickly led us into new and exciting areas of development. As a result, today we have outgrown our 'lettershop' identity and have become a technology-driven organization that offers a full range of data and communication solutions.
In the late eighties, our mail preparation and management services expanded to include mail intake and order processing functions. At present our Response Control Centre offers rebating, payment processing and survey intake services as well as handling donation intake and processing for not-for-profit organizations. Why maintain staffing when you can rely on the expertise of Wood & Associates to get the job done on time at a fixed cost.
At the same time, our focus on technology led to major developments in our IT Department. We have programmers and data processing technicians on staff to provide services from database design, data entry screen design, programming and application development through to mail related services such as data sorting, lasering, and inkjetting.
Internally, we are very proud of our online job docket preparation and scheduling applications.

"Communication Fulfillment and Process Design" captures what Wood & Associates is all about today. We are working with non-profit organizations, small business and major corporations to design and implement complete communication fulfillment applications. These projects include the management of numerous streams of data, data editing - followed by output of electronic data or hard copy right through to the communication fulfillment.
