Wood & Associates Direct Marketing Services Ltd. adheres to strict industry confidentiality guidelines. We will at all times, keep our client’s Proprietary Information strictly confidential. Proprietary Information includes all information, data, materials, documents, plans, ideas, concepts, software, proposals, designs, knowledge, know-how, procedures, systems, costs, pricing, and marketing strategy, concepts, plans or information made available or disclosed to us. The names, addresses and information in your data will not be disclosed, duplicated, transferred, reproduced, resold, or reused by us. We also guarantee that data will not be used by anyone other than those who are engaged by us to perform data processing, addressing & mailing operation. Upon completion of all projects, we agree to return all magnetic tapes or disks, and printed materials and to destroy or return all unused mailing labels, letters, envelopes, and other typed or printed matter that contains names and addresses supplied to us.

When unoccupied, our location is secured by a monitored security system. Our Information Technology Centre operates daily in a secure area controlled by limited electronic security access. Only our IT staff have access to client’s data. All individual computer terminals on our network are password protected. During our hours of operation all our access doors are either locked or attended by staff. It should be noted that several financial institutions have audited our security systems; we passed all their security checks and are now working on projects with each of them.

As a condition of employment at Wood & Associates, each employee must sign an Employment Confidentiality Agreement to confirm and acknowledge that financial information, administrative materials and processes, marketing strategies, data, applications and printed materials belonging to either Wood & Associates or any one of their clients, is strictly confidential in nature and that they are the sole and absolute property of Wood & Associates and/or their clients.

Our Business Continuity Planning is an integral part of our corporate procedures and processes. Following is a listing of some of our key components:

• Disaster Recovery Plans
• Business interruption & relocation insurance
• Liability insurance
• Premises are fully alarmed nightly
• Network server contains a full mirror drive
• Daily data backup with nightly off site storage of the backup
• Complete inventory of all production and computer equipment is stored offsite
• Fire procedures are in place and posted
• Health & Safety Committee
• Structured administrative and department procedures that include check points and standards
• All errors are documented, analyzed with action steps to improve our processes
• Clearly defined and documented Strategic Partnerships
• Fair, open and documented employee performance practices
• Corporate Strategic Planning – quarterly updates with staff

Wood & Associates Direct Marketing Services Ltd. is prepared to sign any separate Confidentiality Agreements prepared by our clients that are an extension of the above guidelines and do not pose any undue restrictions on the best practices of our organization.

Visitors may not modify, re-format, sell, or claim as their own, any information located on our website.
